Patience Road is situated in a quiet part of Battersea, away from the main roads, in an area known locally as "Little India". The house has a southerly aspect and is situated at the quiet end of the street away from Falcon Road.

It is situated approximately 10 minutes walking time from Battersea park and a similar distance from Clapham Junction Train Station (Network-Southeast). Here, supermarkets and other High street stores are to be found near the Station. The very popular Northcote Road with all its bistros and bars is just another 5 minutes beyond.

Buses stop nearby, giving a direct service to Chelsea and London's "West End".
